EBH Racing Fork Cartridges

The Pressurized EBH Cartridge System (aka NON WO KIT)

The EBH cartridge is a high-performance, pressurized system that integrates several innovative technologies—including the well-known FPS, EC, and LC systems—along with the newly developed OPC (Overpressure Control) system. These technologies are the result of extensive R&D efforts in collaboration with leading teams competing in WorldSBK, BSB, IDM, and CIV championships.

All adjustments are conveniently located on the top cap, including spring preload, compression, and rebound—each clearly separated between the two cartridges for intuitive setup. The system offers a high damping coefficient at very low speeds, effectively reducing excessive front-end dive from the initial stages of braking.

Technical Features

• Hydraulic control with FPS (Full Pressure System – Bitubo Patent) using Ø27 mm Ergal piston
• Ø10 mm damping rod with anti-friction surface treatment
• Mechanical bottom-out with NBR polyurethane buffer
• Cr-Si steel springs with heat treatment, pre-settling process, and final shot peening
• Upper fork cap with integrated spring preload adjuster
• Independent damping adjustments for compression and rebound
• Coaxial Compensation Chamber (Bitubo Patent)
• Ergal cartridge body with anti-friction coating
• Separation of hydraulic damping and sliding lubrication circuits
• Pressurization force control system

Technology Highlights

LC (Light Components): Utilizes a high percentage of lightweight alloys and weight-optimized components to ensure maximum weight reduction without compromising performance.

FPS (Full Pressure System): A patented damping system offering immediate response and optimal control. It prevents cavitation through a gas-pressurized low-pressure system. Each cartridge operates independently—one managing compression, the other rebound—allowing for high damping forces even at low speeds via dual-end alternating chambers.
