๐Ÿ›ก Bitubo Product Warranty & Safety Guidelines

Thank you for choosing a Bitubo product to enhance your motorcycle experience. Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these guidelines:

โš™๏ธ Professional Installation

Install your shock absorber at a specialized center to ensure proper fitting and performance.

๐Ÿ”ง Regular Functional Check

Conduct a functional check every 12 months to ensure optimal performance.

๐Ÿ›  Periodic Servicing

After 24 months, have the shock absorber serviced at an Official Bitubo Technical Service Center (CTB).

๐Ÿ“„ Standard Warranty

The standard warranty is valid for 24 months from the purchase date, as indicated on the purchase document (receipt or invoice). If the purchase date is unavailable, the warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of manufacture, traceable via the serial number on the label.

Warning: Keep the label attached to the original packaging, displaying the serial number.

The warranty covers functional and/or material defects attributable to Bitubo, allowing for repair or replacement of defective products. Compensation for damages is excluded. In case of a defect, contact customerservice@bitubousa.com.

โŒ Warranty Exclusions

  • Installation/removal not performed by a CTB or professional per Bitubo instructions.
  • Products mounted on vehicles not specified in the Bitubo catalog.
  • Abnormal, negligent, or improper use.
  • Accident or collision damage.
  • Customer or third-party repairs/modifications.
  • Installation/removal costs or transport costs to a CTB without found defects.
  • Wear parts (bushings, O-rings, etc.).
  • Damage to surface treatments or coatings.
  • Use in competitions or similar events.

โณ Long Life Warranty

Extend coverage for an additional 24 months (up to 6 years maximum) by conducting a periodic overhaul at a CTB before each warranty period expires. The same terms and limitations as the standard warranty apply.

๐Ÿงด Care and Precautions

Regularly clean chrome-plated parts to prevent rust. Avoid high-pressure water directly on the shock absorber during washing. Use only water and mild soap; harsh detergents are not recommended.

โš ๏ธ Important Notes

  • When installing suspension taller than OEM, check drive belt or chain clearance along with nearby components (fenders, wiring, brake lines, and other frame/body parts).
  • Any change in ride height requires a proper recheck and adjustment of belt or chain tension to ensure alignment and prevent premature wear or damage.
  • Applications not listed in the official Bitubo catalog are not covered under warranty.
